Background
I hold a Master of Science in Design and Innovation and a Ph.D. in digital disruption. For 12 years, I have worked with project management, process development, strategy, and digital transformation - often on projects where diverse areas of expertise and interests must come together toward a common goal.
I particularly thrive on complex problems where the solution isn’t obvious from the start. In these situations, I use analysis, facilitation, and a structured approach to create a clear overview, bring out different perspectives, and translate them into concrete strategies, processes, and solutions that work in practice.
I have particular experience with digital transformation in the construction and civil engineering industry and with helping organizations explore opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and implement new solutions in their day-to-day operations.
When I'm not at work
When I'm not working, I spend a lot of my time with my husband and our two children. I'm also a Scout leader for a group of 6- and 7-year-old Micro Scouts, and I enjoy being out in nature, building campfires, and being creative.
