Business-oriented lawyer who has worked with complex procurement - especially all forms of IT - for more than 20 years.

I work with contract and licence management, strategic procurement and tendering of IT, goods and services. With my legal background, I have worked with complex contracts, tenders and IT projects for more than 20 years and have extensive experience working in the public sector and dealing with many stakeholders. My core competences are drafting and managing large complex IT tenders and contracts, e.g. DeMars, ESAS, the Serviceplatform and Datafordeleren.

An interest-based approach to regulating and managing collaboration between professional parties will often be better at ensuring that the desired value is created - and it also creates a better working environment

When I'm not at work

When I'm not working, I spend time with friends and family, look after the house and holiday home, and go for long walks with my wife and our dog. I play golf and also try to keep up the running - so I can push the youngsters a bit when we run the DHL relay.
