Background

I have 20 years of experience with digitization and development processes in the public sector, where I have worked with everything from strategy to process optimization and organizational development to project, program, and portfolio management, often with IT and technology as the focal point for creating change that benefits citizens, employees, and society as a whole. My experience ranges from classic to agile and hybrid delivery models, and I have completed a wide range of digitization projects of different types with different objectives, both large and small in scale. My academic background as a Master of Science in Political Science, combined with further education in management and change processes, gives me a strong foundation for translating strategic objectives into concrete results in complex organizations.
