Background

I am a chief consultant with many years of experience from Danish as well as international consultancies. My consulting experience is seasoned with positions in design and furniture companies throughout Europe. My area of expertise is primarily Commercial Excellence – within this exciting field, it is especially Pricing, Channel Management and Pipeline Management that have my focus.

Sales is about understanding and meeting both known and latent needs of customers. It requires an in-depth insight into their wishes and challenges, as well as the ability to offer solutions that not only satisfy, but exceed their expectations.

I love to travel, to experience foreign cultures, gastronomy and wine. My newest passion is playing Golf. As you know, it's never too late to start. Trying to balance my private and work life, which is also in A-2's DNA.
