Background
I have a MSc (SCM) from CBS and work as a chief consultant in our team for tenders and contract management. I have extensive experience in both procurement and category management in the public and private sector, and I have assisted with procurement within both indirect and direct procurement categories such as e.g. IT, logistics, advisors/consultants, contracting, construction, etc.
I have extensive experience in advising, organizing and implementing tenders under The Public Procurement Directive, The Utilities Directive and The Defense and Security Directive.
As the contracting authority, we should always act with decency and respect for the tenderers. This means ensuring a fair and transparent tender process where all participants are treated with equality and integrity. Respect for the tenderers creates trust and cooperation, which is the foundation for successful and sustainable partnerships.
