Processing of personal data
Personal data is any kind of information that to one extent or another can be attributed to you. This privacy policy describes how A-2 processes your personal data. We only process information about you that is necessary and processed for a purpose, and we always treat your personal data confidentially.
Data security
We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access. We ensure that processing can only take place when all data protection principles are met.
We keep data up to date
As our service relies on your personal data being correct and up to date, we ask you to inform us of any relevant changes to your personal data. You can use the contact details above to notify us of your changes and we will make sure to update your personal data. If we become aware that your personal data is not correct, we will update the information and notify you accordingly.

Recruitment
If you apply for a position at A-2, whether invited or unsolicited, it is necessary to process your personal data. This includes your general personal data, cf. Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation, including information you have provided in your application and other material you send to us. We do not want to receive your CPR number, other confidential information or sensitive information, such as your health conditions.
The purpose of processing personal data about you in the recruitment process is to assess whether you are a qualified candidate for a vacant position with us. The processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest, cf. Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, which is to assess you as a possible candidate for a position with us. Our interest is deemed to be legitimate, because the processing is necessary to assess whether you could be an interesting candidate for us.
Applications and attachments may be stored for up to 6 months after the recruitment process is completed, after which your data will be deleted. The purpose of storage after the recruitment process is to safeguard interests in the event of any complaints of discrimination, differential treatment etc. during the recruitment process.
If we wish to store your application with attachments for possible future employment, this will be based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Customers and business partners
As a customer or business partner of A-2, it is necessary to process personal data about you as a contact person. This includes your general personal data, cf. Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation, including your contact information.
The purpose of processing your data is to administer our working relationship. The processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest, cf. Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, which consists of communicating with you and registering you in our systems for future collaborations. This is necessary for our future operations and to establish a possible collaboration. We also process your personal data as part of the processing of your purchase and delivery of our services. Here, the processing of your personal data takes place on the basis of compliance with our contractual obligations, cf. Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, in accordance with the agreement we have entered into with you as a customer or business partner.
Information about you that is included as part of accountable material, cf. section 3 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act, will be stored for 5 years + the current year after the relevant entry is considered to be booked, cf. section 12 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Other information about you will be stored as long as we have a working relationship.
